The Tesla Gigafactory in Austin is about 15–20 minutes away depending on traffic, with a fast route via Toll Road 130 just 5 minutes from the park.

North Austin is about 20 minutes away and downtown Austin is 35–40 minutes. The Amazon AUS2 warehouse in Pflugerville is about a 20-minute drive.

Georgetown downtown and the historic square are 7 miles (about 10 minutes). Round Rock is 15–20 minutes. Taylor downtown is 10–12 minutes with dedicated access routes to North and West Taylor, Hutto is 10 minutes (via FM 1660 or the 130 toll road), and Cedar Park is 15 minutes via Hwy 29 or Hwy 1431.

We are located directly on State Highway 29, about 6 miles east of Georgetown downtown. Toll Road 130 is 4 miles away (Patriot Way or Highway 29 exits), and I-35 is about 10 minutes. From I-35 northbound use Exit 252B or 261 (no toll); southbound use Exit 264 or 261 (no toll) or Exit 265 (toll).

Inner Space Caverns in Georgetown is 15 minutes (8 miles), Kalahari Indoor Water Park is 20 minutes (15 miles), Dell Diamond (Round Rock Express baseball) is 20 minutes (14 miles), and Old Settlers Park is 20 minutes (14 miles). Georgetown's historic square offers shopping and dining 10 minutes away.

The Two Step Inn country music festival takes place in San Gabriel Park in Georgetown, about 7 miles (a 10-minute drive) from the park — one of the closest RV parks to the venue. Spots fill up fast for festival weekends, so reserve early.

We have a couple hundred yards of San Gabriel River frontage with a prime fishing spot, a 300-yard riverside walking trail, a large basketball court, and a kids' play area — all under abundant shade.

Dozens of restaurants are within a 10-minute drive: Italian, Mexican, American, Chinese, and all the fast-food staples. Georgetown downtown, 10 minutes away, has every cuisine on the square.

Monthly lot rental is $400/month for RVs up to 30 ft, $425 up to 35 ft, and $450 up to 40 ft, plus metered electric. Monthly tenants pay a $200 electric and lot cleanup deposit. Check-in is between 2 PM and 6 PM, and check-out is 11 AM. We are open year-round and are very responsive by phone call and text at 512-930-1140.

Yes — every site has full hookups with 30 or 50 amp electric, water, and sewer. All rigs must be self-contained. Electric for monthly tenants is metered and billed by the park — you plug right in and never need to start service with the electric company. Complimentary Wi-Fi covers the park, and we have on-site laundry (coin or credit card), restrooms, and showers.
