What is Two Step Inn?

Two Step Inn is a two-day country music festival held each spring in San Gabriel Park, right on the river in Georgetown. The 2027 edition brings 30 acts across three stages, headlined by Brooks & Dunn and Ella Langley, with Parker McCollum, Sheryl Crow, Whiskey Myers and Flatland Cavalry also on the bill. Music runs into the evening and ends at 10 p.m. each night, and roughly 30,000 tickets are sold per day, so Georgetown fills up fast. One-day tickets start at $169 and two-day passes at $289 through the official Two Step Inn website.

Getting to the festival from Shady River

Shady River RV Resort is at 7450 E State Hwy 29, Georgetown, TX 78626. San Gabriel Park is just north of downtown Georgetown; head west on SH 29 (University Avenue) toward downtown and follow signs for the park. Plan on 10 to 15 minutes depending on festival traffic.

Festival parking is limited and there is no event parking in the neighborhoods around the park. Organizers set up parking with shuttles at Georgetown High School and East View High School, and the rideshare pick-up and drop-off zone is at the Recreation Center at Austin Avenue and Chamber Way. Make a weekend of it in Georgetown

Arrive Friday, stay through Sunday night and skip the post-show drive home. Georgetown’s historic square is a few minutes from the park with restaurants and live music of its own, Blue Hole Park on the San Gabriel is close to the festival grounds, and Inner Space Cavern is right off I-35. Back at Shady River you can fish the river, let the kids loose on the playground and courts, or just sit under the trees.
